Yet another link of the Catholic influence on the CIA.
Wikipedia will tell you that “Waterboarding is a form of torture in which water is poured over a cloth covering the face and breathing passages of an immobilized captive, causing the person to experience the sensation of drowning.”
But where does it come from? Who figured it out after 9/11 when the torture method became mainstream for Western Intelligence Agencies? It is a fascinating question to me because I link dots to understand who is doing what and why. And the link here is the Catholic Inquisition wherein six centuries of papal Inquisition, that began in the 13th century, up to 50 million people were killed. Do not make the mistake in thinking that the inquisition disappeared: F. Tupper Saussy, Rulers of Evil xviii, 304: “The Roman Inquisition…had been administered since 1542 by the Jesuits... Pontifex Maximus (the pope of Rome) has laundered the Inquisition’s name twice. In 1908, Pope Pius X renamed it ‘the Holy Office’, which (Pope) Paul VI transformed into (the) ‘Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith’ in 1965.” From a political view, I would say that the above explains fully what happens when you start mixing State and Church and why it is forbidden under most Constitutions. And yet, the West is moving exactly to that direction.
In Code Name GSSP-40, GMJ 40, I revealed the unholy link between Roman Catholicism and the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA. It is so bad, so overt, that in South America they are contemptuously known as “Catholics in Action.” Yes, the CIA has an unusually high number of senior men who are according to themselves, Roman Catholics and seriously committed ones. To mention a few names, Walter Bedell Smith, John McCone, William Colby, William Casey, James Angleton, Michael Hayden, Leon Panetta, and John Brennan. Before them, the head of the OSS, Office of Strategic Services or OSS, the wartime agency, had one General William J Donovan, aka Wild Bill, leading them. A man from a poor Irish Catholic family that made good through the Ivy League University that he attended and his marriage into a rich Protestant family, how ironical. He was only one of the very many senior Americans that had an audience with Pope Pius XII in July 1944 after Rome fell the month before. His award was the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Sylvester which is the oldest and most prestigious of papal knighthoods.
You must smile cynically. That is the CIA for you, following Rome and not the White House. Okay, what about the FBI? Surely, they are not tainted with Rome. Ah, their creator was Joseph Charles Bonaparte (June 9, 1851 – June 28, 1921). A fellow that was Attorney General in the Theodore Roosevelt White House (a 33-Degree Freemason). Bonaparte established the Bureau of Investigation (BOI) within the Department of Justice in 1908. This became the more famous (I tempted to say notorious) FBI under J. Edgar Hoover in 1935. And yes, Joseph Charles Bonaparte’s great uncle was indeed the legendary French Emperor Napoleon. The American part of the family never use their titles. Joseph was awarded the Laetare Medal by the University of Notre Dame, the oldest and most prestigious award for American Catholics, in 1903. He was also a Knight of Malta, a Catholic Order. Smile.
You cannot serve two masters loyally, Matthew 6:24, KJV: “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
What about regime change, where many are murdered in cold blood. How did that come to be? A conversation recently came to light regarding William Colby, Ray Cline as well as David Atlee Phillips that may enlighten us. Colby was the Director of Central Intelligence from September 1973 to January 1976. The other two were former Deputy DCIs, or in plain English, very high in the US Intelligence Community. They were discussing murder, asking themselves: “When is it acceptable to assassinate a head of state?”
The logical answer is “never, not unless in a state of war with that country” and even then, not really. In fact, this is so far against international law and local laws of any country that the issue cannot even be debated. Not even Hitler considered assassination but Churchill certainly did but then again, Winston Churchill was a Knight of Malta, 33-degree Freemason and Druidic Priest (see what we say of the planned SOE mission to shoot Hitler, Operation Foxley, in Code Name Butterfly, the GMJ sniper book).
During the murder discussion, Colby stated that: “The Catholic Church, had long since wrestled with this question and had agreed that it is acceptable to assassinate a tyrant.”
You will recall that William Colby was previously mentioned as one of the devout Catholics of the CIA and here you have the perfect example of Church and State mixing their philosophies. There is nothing in the US Constitution authorizing murder, so where does this “authority” come from? Rome?
What is more worrying, who decides who is a tyrant? It is the same problem as deciding who is a terrorist, who makes these decisions which are then acted upon. Many of the countries destabilized, Iran is one, had constitutionally elected heads of government. Who makes these decisions on who dies and who lives?
This is not Protestant thinking, not even Islamic where an attack must take place first - self-defence is permissible, but we are not talking of self-defence here, are we? There is a well-known Communist slogan saying the same, that “the method used is justified by the result.” In fact, it was the Roman poet Ovi that first came up with the slogan, “Heroides as exitus acta probat” which translates to “the outcome justifies the actions” or that the “end justifies the means” – the famous Communist justification for evil deeds. And that is Rationalism for you. A dangerous road that does not exist in the Bible.
