I met a few FBI agents in my life. They were supremely unimpressive specimens. They had a thing about being FBI members, a superior group, and you better know it. Yet, they proved to be useless in Africa and abusers of process too. In fact, they are corrupt to the core. I warned in many books that they lost their ability, if they ever had it, to investigate terrorism. Others warned too, all were ignored.
A July 2014 report released by Columbia Law School’s Human Rights Institute in found that all except four cases of domestic US terrorism after 9/11, had direct US involvement in the form of agents or informants: “All of the high-profile domestic terrorism plots of the last decade, with four exceptions, were actually FBI sting operations - plots conducted with the direct involvement of law enforcement informants or agents, including plots that were proposed or led by informants. According to multiple studies, nearly 50% of the more than 500 federal counter-terrorism convictions resulted from informant-based cases; almost 30% of those cases were sting operations in which the informant played an active role in the underlying plot.” Another word for “sting operations” is “entrapment.” The Boston Marathon bombing is one of the very few excluded - where the FBI apparently did not play a role but they were warned by the Russians. How ironical. This should be extremely worrying if you are an American reading here. It means that the Deep State – that is the CIA / FBI and IC bureaucrats, actively encouraged the attacks, they are ultimately behind them.
The best example of entrapment used is where Hemant Lakhani, a British national, was trying to buy a Russian made Igla MANPAD surface to air missile to be used inside the USA against Air Force One. Or perhaps a commercial airliner, who knows. He got arrested on August 12, 2003, after a sting operation involving Russian, British and US agents. The first warning came from the Russian FSB, the KGB successors. Lakhani got 47 years, dying in 2013 whilst in prison. A US official called the matter “An incredible triumph in the war against terrorism.” Was it? No. The facts are as follows: Lakhani had no money to buy any missile, he borrowed it and the conspiracy consisted of “…an FBI informant begging Lakhani to find him a missile while a Russian intelligence officer called up Lakhani and offered to sell him one.” If that is not a setup and being delivered an inert missile by the FSB agent, pre-arranged with the FBI, I don’t know what is.
President Harry S Truman stated, he was very annoyed, “We want no Gestapo or secret police. The FBI is tending in that direction. They are dabbling in sex-life scandals and plain blackmail. J Edgar Hoover would give his right eye to take over, and all congressmen and senators are afraid of him.” Hoover was a self-seeking man. He made sure that he took the credit for many operations that the British Intelligence handed to him on a silver plate (research the words “Tricycle” and “microdot photography” to name but a few). He made sure that Hollywood only made glowing movies about the FBI and he created an image of the square-jawed “G-man” that every boy wanted to be. Fair enough, that is something to strive to, why not. But enough power corrupts most men. The FBI has and ominously needs powers which no other police organisation in the world has. That is to arrest someone that lied to them. Not even the South African Apartheid Police, not known as gentle and kind people to criminals, terrorists, liberals and gays and ten times as effective as the FBI, had such powers. Not even the KGB, no one, has that power. And it is thoroughly abused, just ask General Michael Thomas Flynn and so many more.
How fair is the US Criminal Legal System to the accused, the victim or the general public, once in custody? Monica Lewinsky, “…I was discouraged from contacting my attorney and threatened with 27 years in jail for filing an affidavit denying the affair with Clinton, among other alleged crimes. I was offered immunity from that threat if I agreed to place monitored calls and wear a wire in conversations with two of the president’s confidants and possibly the president himself. I refused.” That is called undue coercion in normal countries. Note that the US does not have trial lawyers as you see on television. What they have is a legal system designed to work against the average Joe, that is you reading here. Statistics show us that 97% of Federal cases and 94% of criminal cases end in plea bargains with defendants pleading guilty in exchange for a lesser sentence. Therefore the US has more people in jail than any other First World country or about 22% of the entire world’s jailed population. In the last forty years, incarceration has increased with rates upwards of 500% despite crime falling by 22%. The US incarceration rate is the highest in the world at 754 per 100,000 citizens. Not even a dreadful place like Saudi Arabia comes close at 161 per 100,000. Russia stands at 455 per 100,000 and Sweden at 60 per 100,000. Exceptional, eh? Nah, just a failed justice system being exploited.
And now it came out that the FBI lied to the FISA court to obtain warrants to spy on Donald J Trump’s campaign. And you must wonder why they even bothered since this court is nothing but a Deep State rubber stamp – in 30 years only 0.03% of FBI requested warrants were rejected. That means that they blindly accept the worthless FBI assurances made under oath that the warrant is really needed. Scandalous beyond belief. The document which they relied on to make their illegal spying legal was the “Steele Report” written by a former MI6 officer. Devin Nunes (Republican Congressman, at the time the Chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence) was asked: “Is there anything in the Steele dossier that was confirmed as true?” He answered: “Russia is a country and Carter Page is a person.” Since then we know that just about everything in that report is falsehoods and utter rubbish. I pity those that put their trust in the FBI. It is long not what its reputation says. Be prepared for even more shocking disclosures soon.
