Exposing US Military Weakness

674 pages in paperback

American Military Might - Debunked COVER

“US defense capabilities are and will remain second to none, and now because of the new defense budget of $700 billion our military will be far stronger than ever.” White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders, 2 March 2018.

“America has the best equipment anywhere in the world.” Donald J Trump, 13 August 2018.

The Reality: “I’ll never forgive Barack Obama for what he did to our United States military by not funding it properly. It was depleted. It was old and tired, and I came in and I had to fix it, and I’m in the process of spending tremendous amounts of money, so I’ll never forgive him for what he did to our military. What he did made this country very unsafe...” Donald J Trump on 9 November 2018.

“The United States has lost its military advantage to such a degree that it could potentially lose a future war with Russia or China. The US military could suffer unacceptably high casualties and loss of major capital assets in its next conflict. It might struggle to win, or perhaps lose, a war against China or Russia...” National Defence Strategy Commission to the US Congress, 14 November 2018.

This book is a painful read for those believing that victory is certain and that the good guys will always win. For decades the US and NATO depended on the “QME” or “Qualitative Military Edge Doctrine” to ensure victory. What the doctrine comes down to is that the Western Militaries have better technology and better training and because of this, they will have the edge against any numerically superior enemy, i.e. Russia, China. That is the myth that is repeated constantly in the mainstream media and everywhere else.  It is believed as fact and based on this false notion, miracles are expected. But there is no technical advantage anymore. The rest of the world overtook the US and NATO in many military (and important) spheres as is described in this book. Wild and out of control spending on inflated military budgets are also held as the holy grail to victory: “We are outspending everyone else by a very large margin, several times, hence, we must win.” This is nonsense in real life. What are you getting for the money that the hard working taxpayer has provided? The Pentagon does not even know where the money goes. The QME does not exist anymore and this book exposes it to be historically false by quoting from previous GMJ Books where the myth was exposed. NATO, for instance, never had air superiority in Europe during the 1980s. A sober look at what is really going on behind the fabrications of the US Merchants of Death.

A book for those interested in military history and expert contemporary political analysis which is available only to a few without high-security clearances. The statistics stated inside may be and should be researched by you. A book that will confirm what concerned citizens fear.

American Military Might - Debunked is the 35th book in the GMJ Series.

American Military Might - Debunked (GMJ 35)

No One Guaranteed Pearl Harbor was a One Time Event.

I gave this 5 stars because they won't allow me to give 15.

If you've ever wanted an honest, objective analysis by someone with the knowledge and interest to do it well, yet with no political agenda to promote then your ship has just come in. The writer is well versed in military matters with years of practical experience with "boots on the ground". A proud Afrikaner, he is none the less a true friend of the American Republic and provides information here you won't get from the left or right wing media, your congress critter, and certainly not the defense contractors raking in their billions of dollars while offering lucrative employment opportunities to former military/civilian leaders who have proved "helpful". Think of this as getting a third opinion from an imminently qualified physician who specializes in your area of need, but with nothing to gain or lose either way. What you read may be frightening, upsetting, even offensive. Most straight talk between close friends about a problem often is. But remember, no matter what other voices may say about this book the one thing they can't say is "It isn't true."

Come on America, wake up and smell the threat analysis.

It's Time to Listen Up Folks!
This South African author knows his continent and he knows how it fits into the scheme of world events. His nation is a part of the BRICS coalition of nations which share their innovations in arms and technology, much of which rivals and surpasses that of the West. Yes, it's time to listen up, folks! He writes:

"And guess who are BRICS partners? Russia & China, the leading ones, helping each other (as do the rest) with technology and espionage. I can tell you, the Russian and Chinese carriers are very worrying to the Western intelligence analysts and they should be. Carriers only purpose in life is to attack first or to close sea-lanes and no other logical reason and they are expanding their capabilities all the time. Why? You think about this, all the patterns are clear and indicative to what I am writing in my books which is not to say it will happen but they are setting themselves up in case it happens."

"The Yanks, I believe, had become so arrogant that they don't believe their carrier groups can be sunk. They are in for an awful surprise if such a war ever breaks out."

George M James has written 34 books in his Code Name series, all of which depict fictional characters in real-world spy, intelligence, and Special Operations scenarios. Each of those books also contain some very valid history and analysis of world events as background for the fictional events. This present book is a compilation of the history and analysis in those other books and foregoes the fictional story. It would seem the author wants us to read this book as a wake up call about some serious and scary deficiencies in the West's power structure. After reading this book I am convinced he's right. James’s books are like no other, he combines history, fiction and hard (researchable) facts to bring his messages home. He is blunt, to the point and has no fear in pointing out, always in a reasoned argument, why he is stating what he is stating. Since he writes under a pen name I don’t know his exact background but he does know his sphere of interest, so much so that his books are read at military academies. Be prepared for the unexpected.
